Mo Lam joined Hearst Interactive Media in June 2008. He serves as a board observer at Hearst portfolio company, IGG. He had been senior director of strategy and M&A at InteractiveCorp, focused on the gaming and entertainment industries. Before he returned to his native New York to work at IAC, Lam was a global product strategy manager at Microsoft’s Xbox.

Lam began his career as an investment banking analyst at Donaldson, Lufkin & Jenrette, covering media technology companies. After DLJ, he joined Palladium Equity Partners, a principal investment fund.

Lam earned a BS from Columbia University and an MBA from Harvard Business School.
