Manish Chandra is chief executive and co-founder of Kaboodle, Inc., a shopping Web site where people recommend and discover new products. He provides strategy and vision for Kaboodle, which Hearst acquired in 2007, while overseeing new product ideas and managing its business operations and revenue.

Prior to Kaboodle, Chandra was vice president of worldwide marketing at Versant Corporation. Prior to Versant, he served in various roles at Versata, including vice president of marketing and product strategy; he was part of the executive team that took Versata public in March 2000. He also spent time in research & development and product management roles at Sybase and Intel.

Chandra holds a bachelor’s degree from IIT Kanpur, India, an MS in computer science from the University of Texas at Austin and an MBA from Haas Business School at the University of California Berkeley.
