The Hearst Interactive Media Technology Group handles a diverse set of technology focused functions for the Hearst Corporation. With a small team of technologists and program managers, we oversee enterprise technology initiatives across Hearst, we coordinate enterprise strategic relationships and we expose Hearst’s traditional media businesses to emerging media technology trends and capabilities.
We conduct technology due diligence for our strategic investments and acquisitions, provide ongoing consultation for Hearst Interactive Media portfolio companies and are responsible for technology oversight of Interactive Media’s wholly owned properties. We also oversee Hearst’s sponsorship of the MIT Media LAB and the partnership we have with Northwestern’s Kellogg School of Management, related to technology initiatives.
