We own and operate two consumer-focused internet businesses: UGO Entertainment and Kaboodle. We also seek to acquire other fast-growing digital businesses that are driving changes in the media and technology landscapes.

Hearst Interactive Media leads a variety of company-wide initiatives. Its Technology Group oversees Hearst's best-in-class technology capabilities and its Innovation Group fosters the development of new businesses throughout the company.
